How To Have A Healthy Lymphatic System
The lymphatic system is our body's 'sewerage system'. It maintains healthy fluid levels in our body tissues by removing toxins and waste products out of the body. The lymphatic system works by using the muscles as a pump. This is why movement and staying hydrated is so important.
